Get delightfully crispy and golden rice dosas. A delicious traditional breakfast, made ready with an instant mix batter.
Rice (54%), Black gram dal, Semolina, Sugar, Refined wheat flour, Edible vegetable fat, Raising agent 500(ii), Acidity regulator (INS 296), Salt, Asafoetida.
Mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 measure curd and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter. Grease 2 baking trays /plates with a little oil and pour equal quantities of batter into each (so as to obtain required thickness and proper puffing of the dhoklas). On this poured batter, sprinkle Cumin powder and Red chilli powder or Black pepper powder.
Steam the batter on high flame for about 15 minutes.
Use microwave oven and steam the batter for 6 minutes using a microwave safe vessel. Cut into cubes and serve. ‘Measure’ means a cup or container of your choice.

Authentic, mouth-watering South Indian Rasam. A favorite with rice or as a soup by itself.
Coriander (50%), Red chilli, Cumin, Fenugreek, Asafoetida.
Cook 75g (5 tbsp) of toor dal in 1 litre of water, with 1 tsp of cooking oil and a pinch of turmeric.Churn the cooked dal and keep aside.
Boil tamarind extract with jaggery. Add contents of the pack MTR Rasam Powder (20g) and salt to taste.
Add chopped tomatoes(75g) for better flavor. Add the churned, cooked dal and water to the desired consistency.
Cook for about 10 minutes. Prepare the seasoning of 1 tsp mustard and asafoetida in ghee. Add to Rasam.

Tamarind concentrate (19%), Sugar, Groundnut(12%), Coconut, Salt(11.5%), Coriander, Red chilli, Curry leaves, Anticaking agent Silica (INS 551) Sesame, Mustard Black pepper, Fenugreek, Black gram dal, Acidity regulator Tartaric acid (INS 334), Gram dal, Cumin, Turmeric & Asafoetida.
Heat 2 ½ tbsp of cooking oil in vessel. Add 4 tbsp of MTR Puliogare Powder and stir for 2-3 min on a low flame. Add 600g of cooked rice.
