Coriander (34%), Black gram dal, Chilli, Cumin, Cloves, Fenugreek, Cinnamon.
Cook 200g of rice and keep aside. Fry 200g of brinjal and 100g vegetables with a pinch of turmeric in ½ tsp cooking oil. Add contents of MTR Vangi Bhath Powder (20g) pack, tamarind extract, salt to taste and jaggery if desired.Season it with 3½ tbsp of cooking oil, 1/4 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp gram dal, a few cashew nuts and 1/4 tsp green chilli. Add fried copra and cooked rice. Mix well and serve hot.
Mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 measure curd and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter. Grease 2 baking trays /plates with a little oil and pour equal quantities of batter into each (so as to obtain required thickness and proper puffing of the dhoklas). On this poured batter, sprinkle Cumin powder and Red chilli powder or Black pepper powder.
Steam the batter on high flame for about 15 minutes.
Use microwave oven and steam the batter for 6 minutes using a microwave safe vessel. Cut into cubes and serve. ‘Measure’ means a cup or container of your choice.
