Laila Brown Lentils are mainly used for traditional lentil soup, brown lentils lend mild and earthy flavour to dips, spreads and stews too. Holding their shape firmly once cooked, they are deal for vegetarian burgers, curries and savoury bakes.
Brown Lentils. May contain cereals containing gluten.
Soak the lentils overnight. Rinse in cold water and then bring to the boil. Simmer for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Do not eat raw.
