Gongura pachadi or chutney or other preparations from Gongura are delicacacies so much loved by people from Andhra, Telengana and other Southern states. Without them a feast or festival meal ia totally incomplete for them. These leaves are also used for making various regional foods and are rich in vitamins, iron, and anti-oxidants. We select the right type of tender leaves, pick just the leaves, without stem to avoid fibres, add selected spices, cook them to the desired level and then prepare the pickle.
